| Event Details: The race begins at the corner of Ridgeway Rd. and Erie. Rd. and proceeds up Erie Rd. toward the Buffalo Canoe Club and back to the start. It is a beautiful fast course, with great age group awards and door prizes and an excellent post race party at the Palmwood Restaurant. If you are a competitive runner, it is a chance to post a PR as the course is flat and certified. If you are a walker it is a chance to start or continue your health/fitness routine.
