| Event Details: Barbara Fradkin is a two-time winner of the Arthur Ellis Award for Best Novel for her “Inspector Green” series, mysteries set in Canada’s Capital. There are currently six novels in this popular series. In addition, Fradkin has received numerous nominations and awards for her short stories. (Presented with assistance of the Canada Council through The Writers’ Union of Canada.)
