- Festival at the Forty

Festival at the Forty, Green Living in Grimsby, Music at the Forty. During the largest downtown festivals in West Niagara there will be activities and entertainment at Coronation Park and throughout downtown Grimsby. A host of bands and singers are scheduled to entertain in the Park. There will be a historic military presentation in full dress. Magic shows and Buskers will be performing on Main and Ontario Streets from 11am-4pm. Take a stroll along Artisan Alley to browse local wares, then step around the corner to the Farmers' Market for some delicious local produce. Visit the Living Green Displays and see what you should be doing now to help the future, looking forward. The festival includes sidewalk sales in downtown Grimsby and vendors throughout the park and area for your shopping pleasure. All this capped off with a fireworks display in Centennial Park at 9:45pm. This is the rescheduled fireworks show from Happening in the Park.

Every Thursday evening
The third season for the Grimsby Farmers' Market will begin on Thursday May 6, 2010. Our market boasts up to 25 local vendors featuring "Home Grown" products from the Niagara area. Many new events planned for this year's market including our special Easter Market on Saturday April 3rd from 10 until 3 at the Senior's Centre in Grimsby.

The Grimsby Museum and the Grimsby Public Art Gallery will be open between 1pm and 4pm with family oriented events to enjoy.Continue to celebrate the New Year in Grimsby with a free skate at the Peach King Centre Arena from 7:00 pm until 10:00 pm. On January 1st, 2011 a free Mayor's skate will be held from Noon to 2:00pm.
