• Free Niagara Falls Fireworks and Concert Series ^New May 21, 2010 - October 8, 2010

Niagara Falls fireworks is Canada's longest running fireworks and concert series.

The free fireworks display will light up the skies over Niagara Falls every Friday, Sunday and holidays at 10:00 p.m., after a free Coca Cola Concert Series at 8:00 p.m.

Additional shows are scheduled for every Wednesday in July and August, and every Friday September 10 through October 8 2010. It's the perfect free family outing!
All dates and times are approximate and subject to change. Niagara Falls fireworks displays are weather permitting.

2010 AIRSHOW UPDATE We regret to announce that there will not be a Friendly Foes Above the Falls Airshow for 2010. We will be taking this year to channel our energies into activities that will produce an even more exciting show in 2011 and look forward to seeing you then. We wish to thank our hard working volunteers, always amazing participants and of course the viewing public and veterans without your support we would not have the opportunity to keep this period in history alive. • German Village Weekly Dances and Hall Rental ^New March 1 - March 31, 2010

On Wednesday nights Opry Niagara presents a night of live country music, dancing, and an open mike. Sit back and listen or dance to the sounds of slide guitar, rhythm guitar, keyboards, drums, and vocals, with a country flavour all its own. 7 to 11pm.

Friday nights we have a night of line dancing with all your favourite dances for beginners to experts and for singles and couples. Instructions are provided so come out and give it a try! 7:30 to 11:30pm.

• Go-Cart Racing ^New Saturday, May 1, 2010

The 8th Annual SHARE Grand Prix will take place at the Niagara Go-Kart facilities on Saturday, May 1st, 2010.

Anyone can enter with teams consisting of 4 drivers and a Pit Boss. Each racer is guaranteed 1 race with a chance to qualify for the finals.

Complimentary t-shirts, barbecue and mini-putt is available. Join us for the after party celebration at Canyon Creek Chophouse where each participant will receive a complimentary drink and some finger foods where you can watch the races again on the large screen tv.

Welcome in the New Year 2011 in Niagara Falls by celebrating New Year's Eve with a televised Outdoor Concert Extravaganza in Queen Victoria Park Niagara Falls.

Enjoy the outdoor licensed area along with food and beverage vendors.

Last years Party in the Park line-up of musical talent included legendary rockers STYX and the iconic Canadian band Glass Tiger will take the stage. Other entertainers include the 3 member Female band MOERAES FATE, formerly known as DAME, and the sultry voice of Robyn Dell’Unto from Toronto.

New Year's Eve fireworks in Niagara Falls are scheduled for 9:00 pm and midnight.
Fireworks are weather permitting.
Live television coverage runs from 11pm to 12:30am.

• Opening Ceremonies for the 28th Annual Winter Festival of Lights ^Popular November 6, 2010

In celebration of our 28th Anniversary, the Winter Festival of Lights presents an exciting showcase of theatrical presentations including performances by Disney® characters and the Festival of Lights Holiday Choir.

Then we flip the switch to illuminate the Park with nearly three million sparkling lights and watch the sky ignite over the falls with the highly anticipated fireworks extravaganza.

This free event is a general public, standing-only affair, and will occur rain or shine (fireworks are weather-permitting). At 7:30 PM, a second stage performance will occur along with another fireworks extravaganza!

• Rotary Club of Niagara Falls Sunrise Ribfest & BBQ ^Popular June 18, 19, 20, 2010

NIAGARA FALLS RIBFEST
Teams of "Ribbers" from the United States and Canada will set up their booths, BBQ and serve up a load of some of the best award winning ribs found on either side of the border. The competition is fierce, these great tasting BBQ Ribs are competing to win trophies and top honours.

Truly a family event, there is something for everyone - Great barbequed ribs with all the fixings, with some Ribbers cooking up succulent chicken. Music, fun and entertainment and for the kids - a playground with inflated bouncers, Jurassic Adventure playground and giant 24 foot slide.

What goes better with ribs than beer? Our large tent, sponsored by Molson's fine brews will be open Friday, from noon to 11:00 pm Saturday from Noon to 11:00 pm, and Sunday from noon to 7:00 pm. You can sit inside or out, relax and enjoy the entertainment on the nearby stage.
