- Thorold Easter Egg Hunt

The annual Thorold Easter Egg Hunt will take place on Saturday, April 3, at the Battle of Beaverdams Park.
The hunt begins at 10 a.m., with festivities at the park to continue until noon.
The event is organized by the Easter Egg Hunt committee and the Protection Hose Company No. 1.
The easter egg hunt, which has been run annually since 2005, is expected to draw about 400 children and their families, said Craig Reid, chair of the committee.
Activities will include free bicycle draws, a visit from the Easter Bunny and grand prize giveaways.

A family/reunion event for all who attended Thorold high and any others that would like to join in the day of fun.Some activities such as pony rides, bouncers, clowns, food, beer, and wine tent and non-alcoholic beverages, hypnosis show, bands, Thorold Fire Department, Ontario Provincial Police, Niagara Regional Police, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Niagara Parks Police, Racing Cars and other activities. We will be raising money for the Mcmillian park #2 located behind Thorold Secondary School to help with up keep and make it more useful for Thorold Secondary School can use it for there activities as this is the only place they really have to use. We will be collecting non-parishable items, used clothing, and personal items for community care and The Village Church will be helping us with this , we will also be collecting all pop can tags for the March of Dimes for purchasing wheel chairs. So come out and enjoy the day whether you were a Thorold High alumni or not--all are welcome.
